The recommended sell price is sometimes less than the recommended buy price on a technical scan. The graphs look correct so I need to look at the calculations.

Never heard of MoneyBookers. Google prompted 'MoneyBookers Scam' as the second most searched term in respect of MoneyBookers. I only accept credit cards or paypal through ClickBank. There isnt enough activity to look at other payment methods.
